Domain Name Registration With Tamar Telecommunications

Kalnet4u Ltd T/AS Tamar Telecommunications is a member of Nominet. Domain names are registered to our Nominet IPS Tag [TAMAR].

Domain Registrations

You must have the legal right to use the name and by registering you are agreeing to us that you have this right.

Renewal Policy

For service continuity, all domain names are set to auto renew unless requested. Where autorenewal has been disabled, an email will be sent to admin contact email address 30 days/7 days and on the renewal date. It is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure all contact details are kept up to date so that reminder emails are received. Kalnet4u Ltd cannot take responsibility if a domain name fails to renew due to incorrect contact details.

Expiry Policy

Once your .UK domain name has expired, it will enter a 30 day grace period before it is suspended. After 90 days the domain name will be cancelled and will become available for others to register.

Support is available 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday by calling 0800 772 0000 or by emailing cs@tamartelecommunciations.co.uk. We aim to deal with all support queried within 2 working hours.

Modifications to domain names registered with Kalnet4u Ltd do not incur a cost.

Complaints Procedure

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding your domain name, please email cs@tamartelecommunications.co.uk. Please include as much detail as possible, we will respond within 1 working day and aim to resolve any issues within 3 working days.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, please email your ticket reference to domains@tamartelecommunications.co.uk. We aim to deal with escalations within 2 working days.

Abuse Contact

If you would like to raise a concern about a domain name where we are the registrar (spam, phishing etc..), please email abuse@tamartelecommunications.co.uk with as much detail as possible. We will respond within 1 working day.

Transferring A Domain To Another Registrar

Transferring a domain registered through Kalnet4u LTD to another registrar is free of charge and can be made at any time by emailing cs@tamartelecommunications.co.uk with a cover letter and confirmation of the new IPS tag.
